New program creates full-service offering for advisors to serve affluent market

CHICAGO, June 15, 2022 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) — LPL Financial LLC (Nasdaq: LPLA) today introduced the LPL Private Client Services Network, a new program offering LPL-affiliated advisors access to a carefully curated registry of companies that can provide assistance in meeting the sophisticated and complex needs of their wealthy clients. The new offering was presented to advisors attending LPL’s annual Private Wealth Symposium taking place at the University of Chicago Booth School of Business June 13-15.

Advisors using LPL’s private client offering will now be able to access reputable and approved firms to provide a personalized full-service option to their clients. Network access can help sell small and medium-sized businesses; hedging and monetization of concentrated equity positions; high-end P&C insurance; specialized tax services; and specialized loans.

From 2016 to 2021, LPL’s Private Client offering has enabled more than 200% growth in assets associated with high net worth households, defined as households with more than $5 million in assets invested with their LPL advisor.

Advisors specializing in serving high net worth clients have been invited to LPL’s Private Wealth Symposium, an invitation-only two and a half day event designed to provide attendees with valuable insight into the high net worth market, and provide content technique centered on the multidisciplinary nature of wealth management. Financial industry leaders and world-class academics from the prestigious University of Chicago Booth School of Business presented topics ranging from economics to inflation to sophisticated planning techniques.
